“Our extensive Sports Tuff range has been
designed for drivers who have modified their
engines to deliver more torque with the
confidence they need to get the power to the

specifically for the HD range as it delivers a
smoother clutch engagement which makes it
more comfortable for daily drives,” Mr Davis said.
The second tier in the range is the Heavy Duty
Cushion Button selection.
“Now things start to get bit more serious,” Mr
Davis said. “We move to a cerametallic friction
material clutch disk that further increases torque
capacity, then to ensure that the action isn’t too
aggressive we incorporated cushioning segments
between the facings, similar to a standard OEM
“This offers improved driveability when compared
to conventional ceramic button type disks and
means that they are still suitable for both street
and performance applications.”
Last but not least, is the Heavy Duty Button
range, which represent the pinnacle of the
company’s performance range.
Similar to the HDCB range, these also feature a
cerametallic friction material clutch disc, the
difference is in the application of the buttons.
“To deliver maximum performance, we rivet the
cerametallic friction material directly to a robust
coupling plate. Needless to say, we recommend
the HDB range anywhere torque output is
significantly increased, if you’ve got a seriously
tough street car they’re definitely worth a look,”

Engineering, the front brake upgrade kit is
available to utilise either the 6-piston or 4-piston
The front rotor diameter is increased from
355mm to 375mm in both cases. The rear brake
upgrade suits the OE
4-Piston caliper and
increases rotor diameter from
330mm to 355mm.
Both front and rear rotors feature Harrop 48-vane
castings and are 2-piece construction.
The 2-piece design reduces disc distortion and
allows better airflow through the rotor.
The hard anodised finish on the lightweight
aluminium front adapters ensures excellent
durability. Rear adapters are painted cast iron
and have the integral park brake drum.
All Harrop Ford XR8 and FPV brake upgrade kits
include brake pads and mounting hardware and
are designed to fit inside OE wheels.
The company has also recently released a
performance differential cover for BA/BF & SX
Territory, which comes as an excellent upgrade
for those using their vehicle for high performance
addresses deficiencies in
the OE diff cover, particularly where engine power
output has been increased.
The Ford performance diff covers are made from
heat treated sand cast A601-T6 aluminium and
feature a high tensile steel insert at the rear
mounting bolt, as well as external oil-cooler ports.
It will work with all OE diff ratios and is designed
as a direct replacement for a broken, cracked or
stripped OE diff cover.
Both of these products were designed and
manufactured in Melbourne, leveraging 60 years
of experience to enhance the performance of the
